Yes, it is clear that Doc always thought DE was on the verge of launching. Their first "launch PR" was put out in 2020 with an ETA of H2 2021. Doc was really pumped back then. It seems like we have had no luck with DE getting the legislative and financial support that they needed to get rolling. I remember when Doc said OTC current then we are rolling. Surely he assumed DE would have been launching then as that was in mid 2021. We still have a chance for 2025. I am holding onto that possibility along with my remaining shares. Fingers crossed for us all!
