Cytodyn says the rise in PD-L1s occurs between 30 and 90 days after leronlimab administration. The differing length of time may be associated with different dosage levels. PD-L1 is often used as a marker of whether a tumor is hot but the actual cause of the tumor being hot is activated M1 macrophages in the tumor microenvironment.
