Interesting because what good is a signed deal if it doesn't have teeth?
Now, maybe there is some kind of clause that says "We'll pay you $50/share, but if the SP goes over $X, then you have 30 days to entertain competing offers, and we have a right of last negotiation" which means that the BP that CYDY has a deal with has a right to match the offer or walk.
