Transfer Online, Inc is the transfer agent for GWTI. They are located in Portland OR. Their phone # is 503 227 2950. Received the following answer today:
Good day
In order to sell the shares on the market the 144 Restriction must be removed. You would need to send the physical certificates to us with the seller rep 144 letter to start the process. The cost is $110 per certificate.
