I believe everyone needs to read this information to understand the exchange and be able to come up with reasons how this might help the company.  I do not feel this uplist, in itself, will cause a breakout run, but it should get more investors interested in the company.  Being on the exchange will increase the transparency Baron has with investors, plus the audited financials requirement will provide some peace of mind that what is stated in the financials is indeed accurate.  The pinksheets exchange is the lowest of the low and I feel a move up to an exchange that has more requirements and regulations will help show Baron Capital's legitimacy.  I feel traders and investors are more comfortable with OTCBB companies so it should happen that the company gains positive exposure with this move.
