If you’re conducting some kind of investigation, why not do it quietly? That’s how professional investigations work. There’s zero upside going from board to board seeking attention, while simultaneously unsettling new and existing shareholders.

Remarkable to me that everyone is so convinced we’re on the cusp of big news, yet others can’t stop talking about lawsuits, the DOJ, SEC etc.
