I'm not sure i understand? Is Hemdale privately owned by Eric or is it an integral part of Hhse? I don't remember reading anything indicating that hhse absorb the assets and debts of Hemdale. It would be a great addition with their inventory making hhse a viable player in the industry. Can anyone enlighten me as what is going on. I apologize for not keeping up with previous news or I just don't remember could be my fault as time passes.
