As I see it, unless regulators and enforcers actually take heavy measures against the likes of a feuerstein, these lawsuits would only be distractions and cost our CytoDyn in lots of ways... but especially for patients.

I'm also invested in NWB* which has actually filed suit against seven MMs... still ongoing... what's good about that one is they have high level attorneys willing/wanting to pursue the case... not sure what it's costing the company and investors but we can only hope for real and true results for the good guys and the bad ones.
