- Points out the error on otcmarkets.com that started a Grace Period due to Accountant Michael T Studer of firm MTS being labelled a "Prohibited Service Provider" when in fact his employment was terminated due to his retirement.
- The new accountant firm HHL is correctly shown now.
- $DGWR is contending that there is nothing needed to be reported to the SEC pursuant to it being a SEC Reporting Company. .
- Hopefully this will be resolved soon and $DGWR will be upgraded from Pink Limited.
