Settlement date for AMAREX was on or before July 09/24.
The settlement called for the balance of payment $2 million to be paid WITHIN 12 months.
Under those circumstances... it would require an 8K to be executed at the very most (4) business days upon receipt of the funds....as this is a material event effecting cash on hand etc. Where's the $$$.?...
