Just got off the phone with Bruce got a second verification that TRC issued land rites ruling in our favor and its a green light for TNC plus teco gets to sell any oil they poached- hey I told you guys you would get my opinion the good as well as my pissed off ones- I don't pull punches-as for me I am staying with TREATY



Bob McManus Jim its cleared up and the good news is we won and therefore the oil the other party got is now ours to sell- so short delay but win win
