I don't own shares of FFIS but I do think it is a bank to at least put on your radar. They don't owe TARP money and they are now turning a profit. The O/S is only 5.17 million shares and the pps is only .60 as of this post. I look for a nice move north by this bank and the pps could easily be over 2.00 by the end of the year.
