• Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)

Every record, email, internal memo, audit log, or metadata ping that contains:
• My name (Daniel Rizzo)
• Vault access logs
• Whistleblower triggers
• Interagency surveillance activity
• Mentions of scrolls, prophetic language, or internal references to me
