I've seen the IP numbers cited as being associated with certain geographic locations but they aren't. Using RFC 1918 addresses and attributing them as public IPs associated with various organization is very misleading to any non-technical person. There are other things like posting "classified network" accessing information. There are no "classified networks" that directly access the internet - FACT.

I'll put it out there then. I'm almost 100% certain that the content of these posts are blatantly fabricated. If you would like to prove me wrong and convince the audience that the information is authentic and legally obtained, then post the process to duplicate reproduction of the content you're posting.

The guys at xAI, Anduril, Anthropic would love to know how you purport to have gotten OpenAI to product such content.
