When you add up all of the tea leaves you get good news coming soon (IMO). The entire team went to Germany and basically everything has been quiet ever since. I am in the camp that a deal is just waiting to be inked and announced. There are too many indicators that do not line up if there was no deal pending such as primary number one funding along with a quarterly update.
