Once again, you're confusing target-dates with absolute deadlines. This is the OTC and not Dow/Nasdaq. Not yet anyway. In the OTC, a CEO has to be intentionally vague in order to prevent lawsuits, which is exactly what rational shareholders would/should want.

Also, your doubts are you own. You're entitled to your opinions, but not your own facts.

It takes a strong stomach, proper DD and lots of patience to be able to emotionally handle OTC stocks, and ultimately, enjoy the high yields/ROI.
