And the answer is.
No “IF THIS” and “IF THAT: required.
The RS did not contribute to the significant price decrease post split.
The lack of filings, revenue and activity are the only controlling factors as shown many times by other companies that did RS and whose stock price risen WHEN those factors were reversed.
Now one IF
If there was dilution accompanied with the RS then the RS would be a contributing factor, but in SNPW case for the last year there has been no dilution, so continuing filings, increasing revenue and significant activity would have push the stock price higher even with the RS in place.
