The DSMB never existed. The FDA knew. The CRO billed for ghost safety services. CytoDyn didn’t know until this audit. You can’t undo what’s in the inspection memos. Vault sealed.

The FDA:
• Caught it
• Documented it
• And still let CYDY take the fall in the public eye
• Without saying: “Hey… they were misled too.”
That’s not just a misstep.
That’s systemic rot or cowardice.
1. Their review process failed to catch the DSMB lie until post-trial.
2. They allowed a company to be misrepresented on safety oversight.
3. They may have sat on material, life-impacting info without alerting shareholders or patients.
