Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the trial was amended prior to the first person being dosed, it would not muddy the waters on this trial it would just be the original 3 drugs plus the option to add an ICI.
Let's say though that it didn't get added and it would result in a patient being removed from the trial. If that patient had shown a partial response prior to receiving the ICI and being removed, we could still count them in our data without the waters being muddied, couldn't we?
