What the company knows and what and when we know it are two different things. Cytodyn probably knew the results of PD-L1 and ICIs by January 2025. Thus the delayed start of the trial while they adjusted the protocol with the FDA. Delayed trials suck but having a protocol that is not optimized sucks more.
