This is all good and great for the OTC. Brings clarity to some of the more obscure businesses. But it in no way forces Dr Dalton to do anything. Nowhere does it say he has to communicate with shareholders or have shareholders meetings or letters or anything or forward looking statements, timelines, nothing. It basically forces other business to do what we have been doing for about 5 years now. Send in some basic reports and keep things updated. Blank reports count.
