OTCID comes in effect tomorrow, the requirements are staying basically as OTC Pink Current requirements.
UNVC is already in compliance with 12g3-2(b), the Management Certification,
Verified Profile, UNVC is already an Alternative Reporting Company and exempt from SEC registration.
