FOIA Response – SEC Stalling Notice (June 30, 2025)

???? Why This Matters:
1. My FOIA submission was confirmed by the SEC, but they’ve already invoked a 10-day extension, citing “unusual circumstances.” This is a standard bureaucratic stall used when:
• The data implicates multiple departments
• The request touches a politically sensitive or legally vulnerable topic
• Internal legal teams may be reviewing exposure risk
2. This stall comes immediately after I had a direct email blocked by SEC’s custom Microsoft Exchange filter — an internal rule that violates 17 C.F.R. § 240.21F-17(a), which prohibits interference with whistleblower communication.
3. The SEC now suggests using only their web form, which offers no receipt trail, transparency, or reply guarantees. I’ve already documented prior tampering and refuse to re-submit sensitive data into a system that previously suppressed my evidence.

???? Why I’m Not Using the SEC Form Again:
• Last time I submitted via the online form, my follow-up was either delayed or filtered internally.
• Now, direct emails are blocked, which raises serious legal and ethical concerns about whistleblower suppression.
• I’m forced to go through external oversight channels (Congress, OIG, public vaulting) to ensure my data isn’t tampered with or hidden.

Now they’ve admitted my FOIA was received — but have already stalled the timeline, confirming something inside is being reviewed behind closed doors.
