Your post refers to "an old lawsuit". Didn't Jake (an attorney with no inside knowledge) post that the suit is current?
Do I "doubt" that the company "will provide prospective, objective data that will open the eyes of the world .." ?
If "the coming months" is 60 months or less, I have no doubts. If coming months is 12 or less, I have doubts that new prospective data will be available.
My first high risk biotech investment was in 1996. By 1998, the product had gained FDA approval and coverage by the major insurers. Mismanagement prevailed and the really great idea became worthless, except as a tax loss.
It's a great adventure, as you typed. Success, including miraculous success for our molecule, doesn't guarantee financial rewards. Not all will feel "happy and proud" about "being part of something truly great". I've been a Long for more than 15% of my life. "Relax" has taken time to achieve, and some days, I have to fake it.
Doc, those docs you listed are all science guys (Jay, RP, Max and Hansen). We'll need product launch, etc people, likely from a partner, and maybe we'll have a partner before we see any new data. Cheers.
