No, that is not accurate. Doc took all the assets out of Univec years ago to satisfy a loan from HRI to Univec for $874,000. Univec needed capital and the foot notes show that HRI loaned the money to Univec. If you read the fine print in the financials from 2006 or 2007(?) you see a debt of $874,000 in the financials and the next quarter it is gone. I found it in the footnotes and posted about it a number of years ago. We owed the money to HRI so Doc had every right to take all the assets out of Univec and for the debt we owed.

You are correct, Doc intends to bring the assets and more back into Univec.
