Correction: As Misui rightly pointed out, 50% of the patients in the trial will be on 350mg and the other 50% on 700mg.
Also, the 350mg may get upped if the DSMB recommends as much, but those 30 patients on 700mg should give us some fantastic results.

I gotta think there WILL be a difference in data between 350 and 700 and unless there’s DSMB sabotage everyone will be given 700mg. Too optimistic? Time will tell.
