Posted many times on this last year --- even hypothetically....a "lawsuit" can & will, take yrs & yrs

Not to mention appeal options....etc, etc...

Hell...took 2 1/2 yrs for the certain 2 to be trialed & the sentencing alone will have stretched what...8/9 months or so

If we everrrrr confirm cold/hot ability.....no little crappy Cytodyn "lawsuit".....would even scratch the surface of our value

New mgt...new direction....100% legally cleaned up
Things even a bench trial or jury would consider too
