I also have a problem to understand this request , but I was told that’s what FDA wanted .
Hard to know why !!!
The hope is that after DSMB evaluation , I believe after 2 circles , 42 days ,
they may change all patients to the most optimal dose , which probably will be 700 mg
This is my hope at least .
