I think they have to endorse it in some way -- but the text of the endorsement doesn't praise it *solely* -- "Equitable access to game-changing **tools like** lenacapavir for PrEP is essential to ending the HIV epidemic."

The GF still supports Jonah Sacha, iirc...they're not ruling out promoting access to *other* tools too, IMO. At least that's how I read it.
