My guess is Paulson and Paulson can’t be happy. At the last shareholders meeting, she received substantially less votes than other board members. 6 to 8,000,000 shares less if I remember correctly.

I think she not only will receive less votes on the next vote, but the entire board will as well. Put up or shut up comes to mind. Shut up isn’t working.
