Regarding times investigation...possible update...

I did some digging on opencorporates and all of the times and wellness rx needed to file their annual reports in April 2025. All of them were not in good standing.

As of today, they filed all there reports within past few days and all are in good standing with the state according to Maryland state website.

Only one times company is in not in good standing and they filed an extension.

Im not 100% sure but I cant imagine they would let them file those reports, if there was any major issues or concerns. You can gladly double check my work and DD on 2 websites...
