"Didn't sound like a lot of data was missing"...given KK's background with the Institution (FDA reviewer) NIH association etc...and forsaking the improprieties/misappropriation of significant details with regard to the application...I see nothing...butt, sabotage...connivance, and chewing on the hand that fed him.
Hopefully there will be benefits...to proper screening and filtering.
