Generally that is the normal response prior typical court hearing as a response from plaintiff will be served and due prior court hearing. I don't do much on PACER anymore but anyone here can obtain PACER access by opting an account. Generally they charge .10 by way of this account but you will get around 300 pages free of charge per month or per quarter I have forgotten if it is monthly or quarter? Now if you don't obtain an account with PACER and elect direct access to many district courts and my knowledge about that was the state of Georgia that direct access per sheet cost is .50 per sheet and it sucks to pull 200 pages as that was $100 dollar cost and only on one court session "CV case referencing two players fighting about patent rights etc.
