I have been watching from the sidelines and evaluating both sides. while i understand MIHL's position of not being ready to sell shares because they have not completed the audit, i will say that if theres no audit by end of 2nd quarter i may be out completely... 6 months is long enough to wait for an audit. No way does it take that long even if ur an international company. IMO what other internation company takes 6 months to complete Audits....? Although im aware MIHL intends to be doing the right thing, it may be wise to just kneel to the investors request of releasing infomation on the national PRs.
I know from experience publicising the company takes time to generate interest. I hardly doubt you can quantify investor interest by 1 or 2 nationsl PR's. Some times its the sqeaky wheel that is heard...Budwiser is a great example of a horible product marketed extremely well and in turn one of the most successful domestic products. Marketing should entail 1/3 of company budget... the reason is because a companies goal should be having people know who u are. At the end of the day your company name should be heard or seen by new people every day.
Right now with my start up im spending lots of money letting people know "hey Leo Enterprise LLC is here!" that way when im out of phase 1 i am not worried about being unknown, and not followed. All im saying is that the investors here may feel like they are invested in a public company that acts private. Perhaps having ur company trade may be the best marketing tactic MIHL has... and why shouldnt u use this phase 1 time to spread the word? it can only help. In 40 days and 5 PR's later i have had 404 views...im doing awareness now so i dont have to start it later. i want as many eyes on me now so i can expand later. Time is money. and i know when i go public i want to have a trail of progress that can be followed from birth to end of my career.
What should be taken from this is simply s company with good matketing wins. a company with shitty marketing loses. Black and white. There is no in between...
I always make my investors feel confident and knowledable. So IMO the CC was a good example of you wanting to allow us to be knowledable, however confidence is important.
talk he talk walk the walk.... it may cost you, but why cant MIHL profit from turning on the marketing "feature" so to speak? lol aggressive marketing wins the day! its never too early to start, but it can run too late...
