CYDY, yes it trades great. 426,526,140 market cap. That's pretty impressive,
But To be honest, I don't look much into OTC stocks in as what they do. To me, they are all the same thing: 4 letter tickers that trade.
I focus more on share structure, SEC/OTCM filings, tier, change of directors, rule changes, market volumes, secretary of state filings, finding them before the pump crews show up, etc. Over decades of studying this stuff, you become aware of what makes stock move up or down before it moves up or down. So you can target it in the pre-phase. The OTC 2021 stock pump was a rare occurrence. We have the new OTCID tier coming in July. Hoping that brings volumes back.
If CYDY can uplist, it would be a great buying opportunity. I always tell my younger investor friends to never buy into dilution, share offerings, or reverse splits. Always buy into an opportunity. An opportunity needs to exist.
