"Would LL help HIV patients if it could see virus in white blood cells?"
The way the HIV reservoirs are hidden is by the virus not replicating. If the cells, that the virus is not replicating in, are instructed to unmask the virus, it would mean the, hidden, virus would start replicating. From what I read, the virus would, still, replicate through CCR5 and CXCR4 receptors (the virus would present, and function the same way as in any other non-hidden HIV cells). Therefore, Leronlimab should be an effective therapy. Theoretically, it should work to eradicate the virus.
