One reason I thought that Time could be in play, was that UNVC uses their Corporate address, even though any mail addressed to UNVC or David is returned Addressee unknown.

Plus didn't Lamont put out a statement praising Michael when he was added as an Independent Director.

And why would Lamont let the use of the address possibly jeopardize Time's exempt tax status, because if the IRS knew of it, they possibly would look at it as private inurement using the charity resources for financial benefits.

And if Michael Knight is still employed by Time it could possibly be considered as a conflict of interest.

There is a lot to digest with the inner workings of David and UNVC, I assume they know what they are doing, with both's past/present history.
