You are spot on Integracer02.  The Kins Domain and related businesses will require huge amounts of wood, and North Cal is their source for that wood.  This is a great business opportunity, and HIMR is positioned well to benefit from all of it.

BTW, on a less optimistic note, I found that the Atlantic City and Coney Island Boardwalks were not severely damaged by Hurricane Sandy.  While some sections were destroyed, the boardwalk by and large remained intact and held up very well.  I was thinking HIMR could have a major contract here, but it now appears that not enough damage occurred to warrant such optimism.
