Looking for this to get resolved fast, most likely isn't a possibility, OSHA usually take 30-60 days, but as for as the problems they aren't made public, you have to go through a FOIA the get them.
Overtime pay isn't a big thing it happens a lot.
Here is Time's latest 990 filing with the IRS from 2023, what worries me is could they lose the tax exempt status.
