New points gleaned from 2025 Q1 incorporated in the Overview - in addition to the financials:
- $PSRU only gave up 2.5% of its share in the mines for the $10M from $BELR
- $PSRU will get common shares in $BELR to sell to raise the $10M - 8% more share to cover annual interest - and at a 65% discount to market on the day of conversion - so almost 3 x as many shares as retail could buy for $10M on the day
- Shareholders of record as at March 31, 2025: 127 - so debunking bashers stating only a handful of traders that post on an amateur forum in it (we already knew that here from the number of views a day this forum gets)
