RM's or Partnerships could make it happen with fewer difficulties to up-grade to the OTCQB.

Being traded on the OTCQB would be a great step forward toward getting listed to the DE, if it launches.

Some things are needed accomplished in smaller steps to get the "BIG GOAL", maybe David should should use this route with the success it would afford UNVC and shareholders.
