Yea I believe the motion to strike (pro se) answer is credible cause INCs and LLCs usually cant legally go pro se. The other motion for default judgement is piggy backing the first motion imo and will prob not go through at this time. It usually takes multiple mistakes or repeated negligence to get a default judgement in a case
