Curious where you found that CRC had higher expression than TNBC? I recall RP stating years ago that CCR5 was overexpressed in 95% of TNBC patients.
Also interesting they are doing a CRC trial first and not a TNBC trial. This could be to the higher CCR5 expression (as you noted), superior results from the CRC patients in the basket trial than TNBC (we are not privy to yet), and/or the SOC for MSS CRC is better postured for AA than TNBC which had some recently approved treatment options?
