I know everyone is quick to rip Dr Dalton,
He is a good man with good intentions, he is not any PENNY STOCK CEO. Most of them would have did a reverse split by now or sold all their shares. And to make up rumors he sold his shares without fact is BS plus if Im not mistaken he cant sell them without filing an SEC form like he has in the past would he bought more.
This feels and seems different and I know we are still in OTC with no solid financials but that's because from the DD I have gathered over the years it's because most of his revenue is run through private companies and they have not yet been merged with UNIVEC.
I know some are frustrated with the timing and the wait and that's understandable but let's remove the emotion for 5 second and try to think with logic, their is plenty of good DD out there, PLUS most penny stocks would either have filed bankruptcy, reverse split and disappeared or pumped with some fake news then sold everything and been gone. NONE OF THAT has happened yet.
None of us no the reasons for the delays, we can speculate all day but some things may have fallen apart, some things may have taken longer then he wanted.
Lets breath, relax, think positive and have some hope. Nothing is guaranteed but something does feel different about this one. Just my 2 cents and opinion.
