Agree 100%. Have said the same since last year.
Now with 5 other trials in the wings, i'll adjust my past Hub-n-Spoke model -- short version:
Get approval on mTNBC & marketing.
Open mfgr site for all LL/LL-PLS orders.
We have 4/5 other trials. Let those go to approval.
The medical world will know all about LL /LL-PLS.
Doctors will prescribe for every kind of combo, 1st - 4th lines can imagine.
We & our mfgr partner(s) fill the orders.
We keep indications instead of liscensing them all away for say 5 - 10% royalties from each.
Instead, we keep all sales made.
Only splitting oncology because it's the largest indication & our leverage for a corp build-out .....
