Apologies, if anyone has already clarified. CRC normally refers to Colorectal Cancer.
In our case, Micro Satellite Stable Colorectal Cancer, or MSS-CRC. Micro Satellite Stable kinda refers to a “Cold” tumor. Upregulating PD-L1 in CRC should result in a similar effect as in MTNBC.
The is our next trial having been delayed to adjust for the surrogate endpoint of upregulating PD-L1. The Upregulating of PD-L1 by Leronlimab as observed in the MTNBC “l5 Ladies of Leronlimab” indicates a significant survival rate when paired with Checkpoint Inhibitors. IMHO, this should also occur in MSS-CRC and many other solid tumors.
