I am Dream Chaser. Who am I and who are my associates. We are a group of individual professional investors and we started investing in UNVC around April 2020. We are not sellers or flippers but have been adding to our position as the price has dropped and collectively we have accumulated around 40 million shares or just under 20% of the float.
When I comment on this board I do so as the spokes person for the group.
My comments are our collective opinion. I am 75 years old and have been a professional investor in public stocks, private placements and angel investing (seed money) for the past 50 years. During that time I have held senior level positions in publicly traded companies and have sat on the board of directors of two publicly traded companies.
In subsequent posts I would like to express my view of how the unconventional nature and actions of the UNVC board could be or I should say is, unnecessarily hurting the shareholders and stock price and what actions should be taken by Dr. Dalton and the board to fix it.
