My knowledge of pharma products goes about as deep as sunblock, but from everything I've read and heard since March of 2020, Leronlimab can potentially treat 80+ major diseases with no SAE's.

So my question -
is there ANY other drug on the planet that is this powerful and safe?

Anything?

If not, what an absolutely awful look for our public health agencies. That a molecule with so much potential upside and basically zero downside has to swim the bureaucratic quagmire for so many years is not just absurd, but for those who could have been helped/saved? It is tragic.
