“I'm not saying Keytruda wouldn't be helped by Leron, but at the moment it does not seem wildly successful as a CRC therapy. According to drugs.com:

It…could make sense for Leronlimab to help CRC when combined with Keytruda. If you are able look into PD-L1 in Keytruda/Chemo treated patients.
If they are not as unregulated as the Ladies of Leronlimab levels have shown to be, then perhaps LL could open the ground level window for Keytruda as well in CRC.
