Regarding warrants, the 224M outstanding as of February, they are not part of the current selling because warrants can’t be sold (only the shares you get after you exercise the warrants).
With respect to the 127M warrants that were exercised last July in the warrant tender offer inducement, those shares could be sold now. However, you could likely assume that those investors are likely very aware of Cytodyn situation and might consider waiting to sell the one they bought in brokerage accounts until this July when they would hit one year in age and qualify for long term capital gains.
Any shares from the warrant conversion that are in IRAs, could be easily be sold now since there is not the one year tax implication since they are in an IRA.
